The Sudlows Executive board consists of some the most highly experienced engineering management and finance professionals within the Infrastructure industry. Following a management buyout in 2006 the new board has overseen the phenomenal growth of the business with its £45 million turnover and its expansion internationally.
Phil Nield
Financial DirectorPhil is a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in leading finance teams. Phil has been instrumental in leading the ambitious growth of the company with a background in strategic acquisitions and organic expansion. When he’s not looking at spreadsheets Phil is often found hurtling down snow-capped mountains on a pair of skis.
