Dave’s main roles and responsibilities within the company include ensuring the transition from tender award to delivery team is as effective as possible. Ensuring all internal stakeholders are in place to effectively act on the projects.

Dave organises the Contract & Project Managers to ensure a management plan is in place for all projects and that all projects follow the Sudlows management systems.
