Case StudyThe Brief
Our Client was looking for an advanced, user friendly meeting room solutions to be deployed throughout their six shared spaces and four ‘break-out’ rooms at their new head office. They also required an eye-catching video wall in their reception area that fit the space’s contemporary aesthetic to be used for events, marketing and day-to-day signage.
The Project
The ground floor has two sizeable meeting rooms that can be merged into one large-scale room.
In each partitioned room, Sudlows installed two 55” and one 75” wall mounted displays, two Sony USB PTZ cameras, a HDMI switcher, a Teams enabled video conferencing device with touch panel, a wireless presentation device and a HDMI transmitter and receiver.
Throughout the two ground floor meeting rooms Sudlows also installed Crestron Flex Integrator Kits with touch panels; video extension to allow the room environment & kit to be controlled including lights and Blinds; amplifiers, two in-ceiling microphones; eight speakers; three distribution amplifiers and five HDMI transmitters & receivers.
Three other meeting rooms with space for up to 12 participants were also furnished with a 55” screen, a Teams enabled video conference device with touch panel and a wireless presentation device. Four smaller ‘huddle’ rooms were also fitted with a 49” wall mounted display, a Logitech Meetup system and the associated cabling.
For the video wall in the reception area, Sudlows installed three displays on ‘pop-out’ wall brackets, a video wall processor and 7” touch panel to control the content and environment. Two handheld microphones, a receiver, two antennas and a microphone charging station were also supplied and installed for presentation and event purposes.
Upon completion, Sudlows created a bespoke ‘how-to’ guide for each piece of hardware and its associated software installed.
The Conclusion
Sudlows have designed and installed a state-of- the-art, user-friendly collaborative working environment for our Client, allowing greater communication with their colleagues, partners and affiliates as well as an eye-catching, multifunctional video wall.
