University of Liverpool Selects Sudlows For Connectivity Framework

With over 20,000 students and more than 4,000 staff, spread across a 100 acre campus, the Sudlows Connectivity and Fibre Specialist team will help deliver essential upgrades to the University’s data and communications infrastructure, as part of a wider £600million campus investment programme.

Sudlows Growth in Middle East and European Data Centre Market
Providing audit and consultancy technical advice to several government agencies, banking and utility providers in Saudi Arabia and Turkey, Sudlows’ established reputation within the data centre industry is now recognised across the globe.
Sudlows are working with their Ankara based partners, IT consultancy, Symturk to provide professional services and technical advice, for the Turkish government, into the design of a new data centre.
Using the very latest in advanced 3D design and computer modelling techniques; this design will form the basis for the development of a new, energy efficient, Tier 3 certified data centre on behalf of the Republic of Turkey – Ministry of Customs and Trade.
Andy Hirst, Global Director at Sudlows explained that; “With a number of projects already successfully completed in Riyadh and Jeddah, The data centre team have recently been awarded the design contract for a new data centre on behalf of the Turkish Government.”
“The data centre team now has two Uptime Institute – Accredited Tier Designers and their unique skills are clearly in demand internationally,” added Andy.
Sudlows are at the centre of the rapidly growing demand amongst international companies and governments looking to the UK, for technical advice and consultancy on the latest in advanced green technologies, and also as the ideal digital hub for trade and data security.
