Our Very Own Zac Potts scoops Young Mission-Critical Engineer of the Year!

Congratulations to our very own Zac Potts who was awarded the prestigious title of “Young Mission-Critical Engineer of the Year” at last night’s DatacenterDynamics Leader Awards, held at the stylish Lancaster Hotel in London.

Zac who has become one of the youngest finalists ever to win in this hotly contested category aimed at Engineers aged at 30 or under. Facing strong competition from some of the best young engineers from across Europe, Zac impressed the panel of judges with both his technical knowledge and hands on project skills.

Zac joins a list of impressive young engineering talent who are shaping the future of Data Centre design and innovative technologies.

The rest of the data centre team were also in good spirits as Sudlows were finalists in the category of Innovation in the Medium Data Centre on behalf of The Co-operative and the Salford data centre project

Andy Hirst, Global Service Director added that, “Zac has worked incredibly hard this year, as have all the Sudlows team and I’m very happy to see his efforts and skill recognised by his peers in the data centre industry. Zac has been at the forefront of Sudlows innovation in the data centre field with his invaluable research and analysis into the latest technologies.”
